Walt Zeglinski has over 30 years of experience as a talent and performance industry leader – designing, facilitating consulting and coaching client organizations in results-producing solutions. He is known for his unique talent in tailoring the right process, mindsets and skillsets to fully leverage a client’s strategic advantage to maximize the value created for employees, customers and investors. His approach in developing innovative yet practical solutions for complex business challenges has earned him high marks across a wide range of industries around the globe.
At Performax HR, Walt has applied his deep experience with HR organizations and his real-world expertise in strategic planning and execution, to develop the effectiveness of HR teams in meeting the strategic challenges that undermine results. By building HR organizations into strategic assets and their HR professionals into strategic consultants, Performax helps HR from traditionally reactive transactions into next gen proactive strategic partnering – creating value for internal stakeholders so they can create value for customers and investors.
Before establishing Performax HR, Walt was a Senior Principal Consultant and Global BD Director for The RBL Group, a respected human capital development firm with office around the world. Stationed in the Middle East, he was responsible for partnering with clients to elevate their leadership brand and the strategic impact of their HR organizations. Prior to Performax, Walt was a Managing Partner and Chief Revenue Officer for Ferrazzi Greenlight, where he led the firm’s Sales Practice and executed their go-to-market strategy with Fortune 1000 companies. Walt has personally worked with some of the most respected brands in the world including BASF, Verizon, Intel, Accenture, Dow Chemical, Bayer Pharmaceutical, Teradata, and DuPont.
Walt previously has served as the CEO of Integrity Solutions, where he led a team of executives in an MBO, but might be best known for his leadership of Huthwaite, a world-renowned research, training and consulting organization and the creators of the SPIN Selling methodology. While leading Huthwaite in the late 1990’s, he grew the company almost 400 percent in 4 years – culminating in a sale at a multiple of 11 times earnings.
As a leader in the field of strategically-focused organizational performance, Walt has been a frequent contributor to conferences and association speaking events, publishing many articles on the impact of talent and execution on customer value and growth acceleration.
Walt earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and has several post graduate programs to his credit, including professional services leadership studies at the Harvard Business School. He currently resides with his wife and grandchildren in Yorba Linda, CA.
